3. Observe a healthy diet, exercise and sleeping regimen. This health tip may well be the most important one in the list. Health experts in various disciplines will agree on one thing: clean living allows one to look healthy and young longer. The skin clears up naturally if the body is able to purge itself of harmful elements, and rest, diet and exercise can help accomplish that.

Avoid consuming too much of substances like cigarettes, alcohol and caffeine. Follow these tips for clear skin and you'll enjoy the benefits not only of youthful beauty, but also physical vigor, for a long time!
