This is not a product for everyone. Some users claim that it worked like magic, while others have complained about skin breakouts and other reactions. It is also quite expensive for a product whose efficacy is not fully established. There are cheaper products that one could try which can serve the same purpose. However, if you want to try it (since some consumers did claim that it worked for them), it's your choice, but a consultation with a dermatologist might be in order before you purchase this product.
